GDL

The programming language used in the ArchiCAD program for the 2D/3D modeling of the parametric product parts of the building information model (BIM).

GDL is a low-memory, text-based coding language that enables the creation of objects and is also compatible with other data modeling software.

We have published an object library containing three-dimensional design objects from Lapetek basins, taps and cooker hoods for ArchiCAD building design software.

Lapetek objects

The objects of the Lapetek GDL library and their user interfaces are modeled in a way familiar to ArchiCAD users.

This guide describes some special features related to the use of the Lapetek object library.

Lapetek basins and taps

In connection with the design of the sinks, you can choose a faucet in a suitable color directly from the drop-down menu, and more information about the products can be found in the link added to each product.

All relevant product information is included in each object, and their true colors and materials make the image look real.

Lapetek range hoods and fans

The Lapetek cooker hood collection includes wall, island and X1 models in three colors. In addition, the collection includes a model that can be integrated into the cabinet.

In connection with the cooker hoods, essential product information necessary for planning has been added. More detailed product information, measurement and installation photos are available on each product's website. In the product connection you will find a link to our website.
