The sinks are made from significantly stronger material than usual, making them sturdier in every aspect. With its small corner radius (R12 mm) and deep basin (190 mm), the sink offers both a modern look and a spacious, practical design.
The LUNA-X 500-IFN/U fits into a 60 cm sink cabinet and, thanks to its design, provides an incredibly roomy sink. It is perfect for washing large pots and oven trays as well as for food preparation. Practical accessories fit on top of the sink, and its width ensures that there is still plenty of space left, for example, to fill a pot with water at the bottom of the sink. The LUNA-X 500-IFN/U models can be installed as a top-mount sink, leaving only a narrow rim around the sink, or as an under-mount sink, where the sink remains entirely below the countertop. However, note that the IFN/U sink is only suitable for top-mount installation on wood or laminate countertops.

Luna-X accessories

Bamboo is an environmentally friendly material for cutting boards. The fast-growing reed plant is a virtually inexhaustible raw material that is ideally suited as a cutting board material due to its antibacterial properties. Bamboo absorbs little moisture, is durable and long-lasting. The cutting board is dimensioned to sit firmly on top of the sink. However, due to the natural material, each cutting board is unique and small dimensional differences may occur compared to the given dimensions. The cutting board is cleaned with a damp kitchen cloth by wiping or washing by hand with a mild detergent. Do not soak the cutting board in water and always dry it with a very clean kitchen towel after cleaning. Treat the board with mineral oil from time to time.

The practical, s/s vegetable bowl designed to fit the sink is perfect for use in food preparation. Water drains directly from the openings in both the bottom and the corners of the bowl directly into the basin, making it convenient to rinse or peel fruits and vegetables in the bowl, for example. The bowl also works great as a dishwashing aid. Thanks to the rubber feet, the bowl, perfectly dimensioned for LAPETEK Luna-X sinks, stays firmly in place at the edge of the sink. Use the bowl alone or place the cutting board and bowl side by side in the basin and a practical workstation is complete. The s/s vegetable bowl is a hygienic and convenient sink accessory. After use, the bowl should be rinsed and, if necessary, washed with a mild dishwashing detergent. The bowl can also be washed in the dishwasher.

Folding roller mat is a convenient accessory for your kitchen sink. The collapsible brass-tone roller mat on top of the kitchen sink offers countless uses. A container, pot or bowl for filling with water can be placed on it, or the dishes can be placed to dry either on top of the basin or on a worktop instead of a drying rack. Thanks to the stainless steel material, the carpet is very heat-resistant and hot pans and pots can be put on it without any worries. The rubber guards on the edges of the carpet keep the carpet well in place even when it is shaped, for example, as a drying rack. The roller mat can also be used as a landing pad on a worktop or dining table. It can be folded into a roll when it is not needed. This makes it convenient to store, even on the bottom of a basin or cabinet, and takes up less storage space.

The new bottom grid creates a practical working surface for the bottom of the sink by protecting the sink from scratches that may occur during use. In addition, the bottom grade can be used for rinsing food and drying dishes on the bottom of the sink. The bottom grid is available in all shades of Luna-X sinks.

Stainless steel 18/10 sink material

High quality stainless steel has a natural resistance to common hot acids and stains such as coffee, tea, fruits and vegetables. Steel is safe for food use. Nothing comes off the steel that could affect the ingredients or flavors used in the kitchen.
