The Etagon sink offers everyday practicality with three working levels and the standard multifunctional rails that come with the sink. Thanks to the ingenious intermediate level and the standard Etagon rails, the sink has three separate working levels: one at the bottom of the sink, another at the intermediate level, and a third on top of the sink. These levels allow you to work in the sink optimally, regardless of the size or shape of the dishes you use.

The Blanco Etagon sink comes with two versatile Etagon rails, which can be placed side by side or stacked either on the sink’s intermediate level or on the countertop. The multifunctional rails are designed to fit the shape of the sink perfectly and remain securely in place on the intermediate level. The rails are easy to move and withstand temperatures up to 180°C, meaning you can safely place a hot pot on them, whether on the work surface or in the middle of the sink. If the rails need to be set aside, they stack neatly on top of each other and can be washed in the dishwasher when dirty.
By placing the cutting board on the outer edges of the sink and your chosen colander next to it—either on the bottom of the sink or on the intermediate level on top of the Etagon rails—you can conveniently transfer chopped ingredients to a nearby dish for food preparation. The distance to the container is always optimal, making food preparation faster and working on the cutting board more comfortable.

Accessories and Options

A wide range of practical accessories enhances the functionality of the sink.

• The cutting board is designed to fit the sink and can be used both on the sink and on the countertop.
• A versatile vegetable colander is ideal for food preparation. The stainless steel colander is hygienic and dishwasher-safe.
• An additional drainer (tray, lay-on, wave) is particularly useful when the sink does not have an integrated drainer area.
• Rails placed in the sink create a convenient middle level for dishes. When not in use for food preparation, the rails can be stacked to serve as a storage space for dishcloths. On the countertop, the same rails function as an elegant trivet. The rails feature effective non-slip feet, ensuring stability no matter where they are placed.

Installation and Ceramic as a material

Ceramic Etagon Sinks are available as Etagon 6 – Inset model, installed from above and as Etagon 500-U – Undermount model, ideal for stone and composite countertops.Blanco ceramic sinks are handcrafted from natural raw materials and feature a silky glossy surface. Each sink is unique, with slight variations in dimensions and color. The thick material ensures a quiet and pleasant user experience. Ceramic as material is extremely durable and resistant to impacts. Further, it is hygienic and easy to clean.

Thanks to its silky glossy surface, Ceramic sinks have a very hygienic, easy-care surface. For daily maintenance, simply wipe with a damp cloth. On top of this, Blanco has created a** special PuraPlus coating**, the surface repels dirt and reduces limescale buildup.
