A gesture control kitchen hood

MONO is a new gesture control kitchen hood. You don't need to touch the device, as a simple hand movement is enough to turn the kitchen hood on and off, change the operating mode and adjust the lighting. This way you avoid stains on the surface of the kitchen hood caused by hand contact during cooking. You can also use the remote control that comes with the cooker hood.

Control by hand gesture:
- By stopping your hand in front of the kitchen hood for about 2 seconds , you turn on the lighting, and by repeating the same thing, you can turn off the lighting.
- By swiping your hand from left to right, the speed mode changes to higher.
- By swiping your hand from right to left, you can decrease the speed mode.

The range hood has a matte satin coating that provides protection against fingerprints. The motor is quiet and energy efficient, achieving energy class A+.

Operating functions

Powerful LED lights illuminate perfectly the entire surface below. The luminaires come standard with a three-stage dimming function and color temperature control, which allows you to adjust the lighting to suit the mood and other lighting around the cooker hood.

An ecological, reactivatable Long Life filter with a lifespan of 36 months is available as an accessory for the kitchen hood. In heavier than normal use the time is shorter and in light use correspondingly longer. In any case, the lifetime is significantly longer compared to disposable filters, which should be changed every 3 to 4 months, depending on use. Activation and cleaning of the Long Life filter is carried out in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 65 degrees using normal dishwasher detergent. After washing, the filter is placed in an oven at a maximum temperature of 100 degrees for 10 minutes, after which it is ready to be used again.

Installation

MONO kitchen hood is wall-mounted and is usually installed as its own design element, separate from the other cabinets etc. on the wall.

If the fan is not connected to a duct, you can purchase a LongLife filter as an accessory, through which the cleaned air flows back into the room.

There should be about 20 cm of free space above the kitchen hood so that the cleaned air can freely return to the room.
